Chinese Academy of Sciences Research Center of Computer & Language Information Engineering
    Research Center of Computer & Language Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences is a subordinate research institution directly under the Chinese Academy of Sciences and one of the academic exchange centers in computer & language information processing field. Inside the research center are the machine translation lab, speech recognition lab, network information lab and application system lab. The Center has a high-level scientific research team with doctoral supervisors as the core, is mainly engaged in research on basic theories and advanced technology in computer & language information processing, industry application system, network information application system, embedded application system, etc., and undertakes national scientific research projects in relevant disciplinary and international collaborative projects.
    Research Center of Computer & Language Information Engineering Chinese Academy of Sciences has been in diversified cooperation with a number of key universities such as Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology of China, Beijing Institute of Technology and Nanjing University of Science and Technology. The members of the academic committee come from over ten high-level research units of the country. The Center trains about 15 candidates of doctorate and master’s degree every year, and is an affiliate of the Artificial Intelligence Branch, China Software Industry Association and the Special Committee of Natural Language Processing, Chinese Information Processing Society of China.
    In the 21st century when information technology is changing rapidly, Research Center of Computer & Language Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences will keep an open mind and global vision, and strives to become a new international research and development center based on the industry and serving other enterprises.
