    Huajian Group is a high-tech enterprise directly invested by Chinese Academy of Sciences and mainly engaged in technological research, product development, application integration and technical services in the field of computer and language information processing, to provide the government, businesses and individuals with solutions to computer information system applications such as computer information processing, systems integration and information services.
    Since being founded, Huajian Group has successfully developed more than 60 kinds of software technology and products with independent intellectual property rights. The product series have taken a leading position among similar products on the international market, and the solutions like multi-lingual application service have been adopted by domestic authorities. Huajian Group has also undertaken over 20 state-level scientific research projects such as “National 863 Program”, “National Technological Innovation Project”, “NSFC”, “the 9th Five-Year Plan Defense Preliminary Research Project” and “National Fund for Distinguished Scholars project”, and obtained a number of awards above the ministerial level, including “the First Prize of the National Award for Science and Technology Progress” and “the National Award for the 9th Five-Year Plan Outstanding Technical Innovation Project” .
    In the aspects of scientific research, product development, industry progress and talents education, Huajian Group and Research Center of Computer Language ＆ Engineering Chinese Academy of Sciences have realized the virtuous circle of integrated system of production, teaching and research, and formed a unique research culture of “being people-oriented while facing the market”.By implementing the personnel policy of “comprehensive understanding, scientific employment, objective evaluation and active training”, the Group has gathered a scientific research and management team with a number of young people with doctorate or master's degree as its core, which provides endless personnel and technical support to the sustained and rapid development of the enterprise.
